Jim Harbaugh and the No. 4 Michigan Wolverines (9-1, 6-1) can bounce back and remain a playoff contender with a win over the Indiana Hoosiers (5-5) this week at Michigan Stadium
The Wolverines were upset by Iowa in the final seconds last week as QB Wilton Speight suffered a broken collarbone.
With Speight questionable all signs point to Houston-transfer John O’ Korn getting the start for the Wolverines. O’ Korn threw for 3,117 yards, 28 touchdowns and only 10 interceptions as a Freshman in 2013.
Michigan will be led by their two-way superstar, Heisman-Candidate Jabrill Peppers. Peppers has 54 tackles this year on defense and has also rushed for 161 yards and 3 TD’s in wildcat packages for the Wolverines.
Indiana is no easy opponent after playing No. 8 Penn State to a close 45-31 game. The Hoosiers have played tightly-contested games with Michigan over the last several years including a 48-41 double OT loss last season.
Indiana’s last win vs. Michigan was 14-10 home victory on October 24, 1987. The Hoosiers have not won in Ann Arbor since October 21st 1967.
