Bottom of the ninth. One out. Runner on first. The Los Angeles Dodgers trail the Washington Nationals, 3-2, in the home half.

Yasiel Puig hits a ground ball up the middle on the shortstop side that gets past a diving Danny Espinosa.

Howie Kendrick takes a big turn at second as the ball gets to Michael Taylor in center.

What happens next has to be seen to be believed.

It was a disastrous night for Taylor, who also had five strikeouts in five appearances at the dish.

In the locker room after the game, it was understandably a tough pill to swallow for the 25-year-old.

Sometimes even the best players in the game can turn a routine play into memories of Little League.
