The Lakers have Swaggy P, the Brewers have Tony Plush and now the Wizards have Wave Papi.
Wizards rookie Kelly Oubre told CSNMidAtlantic that his alter ego is Wave Papi, who is much more zen than the former Kansas Jayhawk.
“Wave Papi is all about good vibes. He’s about staying cool, calm and collected,” Oubre said in New Orleans.
